The law and precedent require revocation of such a grant. The applicant, supported by the other beneficiaries, was found suitable to be appointed as the new administratrix. The court further held that parcel LR No. 209/5084, previously jointly owned by the deceased and his widow, had become the free property of the estate upon the widow's death and should be included in the certificate of confirmation for distribution to all the deceased's children in equal shares....
