1. I have considered the summons for confirmation of grant dated 17. 9.2024, the supporting affidavit of Margaret Aoko Onyango and the consent attached thereto. I have also considered the oral submissions of Mr. Emukhule Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Fredrick Omondi Owino while noting that he has consented to the proposed mode of distribution wherefore I allow the application and I make the following orders:-1. The estate of the deceased shall be distributed as per paragraph 5 of the affidavit in support of the summons sworn by Margaret Aoko Onyango on 17. 9.2024. 2.A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.3. File marked as closed.
