The confirmed grant issued on 29th January 2019 remains valid and binding, as no appeal or review has been sought against those orders. The appointment of new administrators does not entitle the parties to a fresh distribution of the estate. The new administrators are required to transmit the estate in accordance with the distribution set out in the confirmed grant of 29th January 2019.
