R U L I N G
1. The application before court dated 18th June, 2020 seeks for rectification of grant so as to include an alias against the name of the deceased; secondly a correction on the confirmed grant so that Title Number Kiine/Rukanga/10 goes absolutely to Weasman Holdings International Limited.
2. The application is based on the grounds that the administrators are facing challenges on discharge of their duty due to the name and secondly, there is a typographical error on how property L.R. Kiine/Rukanga/10 is to be shared.
3. Having considered the application, grounds thereof, affidavit annexed and submission the application be and is hereby granted.
