IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SOLOMON MBUGUA NJERU
Ruling
1. This court delivered a ruling on this dispute dated 16th June 2025 the same has not been complied by the beneficiaries in the estate of Solomon Mbugua Njeru as at the time making this declaration the estate remains validly without administrators duly appointed within the regulatory framework of the statute.
2. Given this background the area chief of So-so sub location, Karuna location be summoned through the county commissioner Uasin Gishu county for the very objective of convening the family meeting tailored towards unlocking the administration of the estate
3. That the said area chief or Assistant chief Abraham Cheruiyot appear before this court on 26th July 2025. it is so ordered.
