1. This Cause was filed in 2015. No grant was issued to the Petitioner Dinah Akeyo Adongo who also died on 19th April 2015.
2. In the premises, there can be no substitution as no grant was issued.

4. The daughter Filida Atieno Ndinya who is before court to petition for a grant of letters of administration before Nyando Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court.
