1. I have considered the summons for rectification of grant dated 17th July 2024, the affidavit in support thereof, the enclosures thereto, and the submissions of the Applicant’s Counsel. I have also noted that all the beneficiaries are present in court virtually and are in agreement with the proposed schedule of distribution wherefore I allow the application as prayed and I order that the letters of administration intestate issued in Kisumu High Court Succession Cause No. 198 of 1996 on 26. 11. 1996 be rectified accordingly and a rectified certificate of confirmation do issue as per the rectifications made herein.
