The court found that the 1st respondent obtained the grant confirmed on 19th February 2019 fraudulently and by concealing material facts, specifically failing to disclose that the estate had already been distributed under the earlier grant of 27th February 2006 and that portions had been sold to third parties. The 1st respondent also failed to inform the court of the death of a co-administrator. The evidence showed that most beneficiaries supported revocation and that the 1st respondent himself had participated in sales of estate property.
