The 1st and 2nd wives were settled at Kishaunet, while the 3rd wife (objector) was settled at Siyoi after she refused to live at Kishaunet, with the purchase of Siyoi land facilitated by livestock from the 1st wife. The objector accepted and occupied the Siyoi land for many years without protest. The court held that the doctrine of estoppel barred the objector from now claiming a share in Kishaunet, as she had acquiesced to the arrangement.
