Ruling
1. I have considered the notice of motion dated 29. 7.2024, the supporting affidavit of David Obura Wendo of even date and the enclosures thereon and I do hereby allow the same and I make the following orders:-1. The certificate of confirmation of grant issued herein on 7. 3.2022 is duly rectified to include parcel No. Kisumu/Nyalunya/2321. 2.The said parcel No. Kisumu/Nyalunya/2321 shall be distributed equally to all the beneficiaries as per paragraph 6 of the further affidavit of David Obura Wendo sworn on 18/9/2022. 3.A rectified certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.4. This file is marked as closed.
