The only properties available for distribution were the two parcels of land in Murang'a (Loc Kigio/216 and Loc Kigio/505), totaling 9.8 acres, as the Naivasha parcels were not proven to be part of the deceased's estate. The court considered the long-term occupation of the Murang'a land by Watta Wamutego's family but rejected the claim that her house should inherit the entire land.
