However, the applicant failed to establish a prima facie case with a probability of success, as the grounds for revocation of the grant under Section 76 of the Law of Succession Act were not met. The suit property, Baragwe/Guama/1088, had already been subdivided and transferred to the 2nd respondent, rendering the application for an injunction moot and overtaken by events.
