The court held that there was no sufficient evidence to prove that Plot No 5XX Dandora was held in trust for Zipporah Wairimu Ngigi, and thus it formed part of the estate. The court appointed Betty Mukuhi Kamau and Josephine Njeri Njoroge as administrators and confirmed the grant in their favour.
