The Plaintiff's complaint related to an alleged mistake in the titling and mapping process, not a boundary dispute that falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Land Registrar under Section 18(2) of the Land Registration Act. Since the boundaries were already determined and the Plaintiff sought rectification of the register and correction of the RIM to reflect the actual boundary on the ground, the dispute was not one that the Land Registrar could resolve.
