1. The court has perused the Application dated 24/6/2022 together with the Supporting Affidavit of TTJGD dated the same date.
2. The Court has also perused the report dated 5/8/2022 from the County Children’s Coordinator, Nakuru and the contents thereof.
3. Based on the said report and the facts and issues brought forth the application herein is allowed in terms of prayers (2) thereof namely that the Applicant be and is hereby authorized to adopt the minor GAT.Prayers (3) and (4) thereof are also granted.
