JUDGMENT
The applicants R- J Sand K S– G seek an authority to adopt Baby K N Wwho is Kenyan. The applicants are Dutch. Their details are recorded in their documents found in this application whose analysis is done in Nairobi Adoption Cause No.48 of 2008. For the purpose of this Judgment I adopt all details and process in the said Cause except in respect to the details of the baby therein.
The conclusion I come to is therefore that he applicants are suitable to adopt Baby K N W. I also come to the conclusion that it is in the baby best interest that the applicants do adopt Baby K N W for the same reasons written in the Judgment delivered in the said Adoption Cause No.48 of 2008. I accordingly will make the following orders:-
ORDERS
1. The applicants R J S and K S G are hereby authorized to forthwith adopt Baby K N W whose name will hereafter be N K S.
2. The Registrar General is hereby directed to enter this adoption in his register of adoptions.
3. The Principal Immigration Officer is hereby directed to assist in the exit from the Republic of Kenya, the said applicants and their adopted baby if and when need arises.
