SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 712 OF 2010
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NJOKI MAINA –(DECEASED)
RULING
The application for confirmation of grant dated 22nd September 2011 is allowed.
The grant made on 6th October 2010 to Nancy Wanjiku Maina and Jane Njeri Njoroge is hereby confirmed.
The estate of the deceased shall devolve as proposed in the schedule for distribution of assets attached to their application.
