Orders

  • The confirmed Grant of Letters of Administration shall be rectified in the names of the surviving administrator and one other administrator to be appointed by the court in accordance with section 75A(1) of the Law of Succession Act.
  • In the cases of the deceased children of the deceased, the administrators shall hold the property upon a continuing trust until personal representatives for the respective estates are appointed.
