The failure to disclose her and her grandmother as survivors in the petition constituted a contravention of Section 51(2)(g) of the Act and Rule 7 of the Probate and Administration Rules, rendering the procedure for obtaining the grant defective. Additionally, the inclusion of Bradley Ngedi as a brother of the deceased was a misrepresentation, as he was only a brother-in-law.
