Any disposition of the company's property made after the commencement of liquidation is void unless the court orders otherwise, as per section 429 of the Insolvency Act. The Policy Holders Compensation Fund, having been served with the liquidation order, had no authority to transfer funds from the company's accounts to third parties, including unsecured creditors and advocates.
