Ratio Decidendi
The court found that the applicant had provided sufficient medical evidence, through reports from qualified professionals, establishing that the ward is suffering from a mental disorder as contemplated under the Mental Health Act. The applicant also obtained the necessary consents from the ward's siblings, demonstrating family support for the application.
