IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GEOFFREY GACHIHI MWATHI (DECEASED)
RULING
1. One of the applications that I am called upon to determine is for confirmation of grant. Unfortunately, there is nothing on record to indicate whether a grant was ever made in the cause.
2. Before I write the judgment herein, I direct the executor of the will of the deceased to lodge herein a copy of the grant of probate made to him, if any. This should be done within thirty (30) days. The matter shall be mentioned thereafter to give a date for judgment.
