RULING
This is an application for Confirmation of the Grant issued to the Petitioners on 16th June, 2003. The beneficiaries had agreed on the mode of distribution as indicated in the affidavit in support of Summons for Confirmation of the Grant of Administration intestate. There is also a letter from the Chief Terik Location dated 14th December, 2006 confirming the deceased was unmarried and she was survived by her parents who are the Petitioners herein.
The Grant is confirmed in terms of paragraph five (5) of the affidavit in support of the Summons for Confirmation of Grant of Administration intestate.
