RULING
1. I am unable to complete writing the judgment in respect of the proceedings conducted by Chitembwe J as the report made and filed herein by the District Surveyor, dated 13th July 2016 is incomplete, yet it is central to the determination of the dispute.
2. The matter shall be mentioned within thirty (30) days to facilitate the filing of the complete report. Date for judgment shall be fixed thereafter.
