RE: MBOKE MUTINDA KABURU - DEBTOR
R U L I N G
Upon the petition of the debtor dated 19th January, 2011, the interim report by the Official officer, I hereby direct that a Receiver Order shall issue against the estate of the said Debtor and copies thereof shall be sent to the office of the Official Receiver of the Government of Kenya and to all District Registries of the High Court.
