RULING
[1]. I have had the opportunity of reading the application dated 16th October 2015, the supporting affidavit and the reply filed by the respondent.
I have also read the submissions filed by the applicant herein.
[2]. I do order that the status quo of S. Mateka/W.Bukusu/241 shall be maintained pending the hearing and final determination of this case. I find that the subject matter of this case is stated as Kshs. 65,000/=. This matter should now be fixed for hearing for that consent
