IN THE MATTER OF THE CONFIRMATION OF THE GRANT OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION TO THE ESTATE OF THE DECEASED UNDER SECTION 71 LAWS OF SUCCESSION ACT (CHAPTER 160)
I have considered the Summons for confirmation of grant dated 24th April, 2009 filed by the Public Trustee. Letters of administration were granted in February, 2008. The proposed mode of distribution, in my view is lawful, fair and just.
