RULING
1. I have perused the Application dated 28th February, 2020 and the supporting affidavit and annextures. I am satisfied that the application by the Witness Protection Agency, Under Certificate of Urgency is urgent. I certify it urgent.
2. On the substantive exparte Chamber Summons, upon perusal of the grounds in support thereof and the supporting affidavit and annextures, I am satisfied that the application is merited.
3. I grant prayers 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Chamber Summon as prayed and accordingly this file is closed upon extraction of the said Orders as granted herein and the same shall be kept under key and lock. Accessible only with leave of court as stipulated in the Witness Protection Rules.
4. Orders accordingly.
