(1) The grant issued to Andrew Warui and Paul Maina Warui on 4/9/97 and confirmed on 25/3/98 be and is hereby REVOKED.
(2) I now direct that a new grant of Letter of Administration be issued to Robert Warui Kairuki, jointly with his (2) sons, i.e. Andrew Kariuki Warui and Maina Warui.
(3) Once the new grant is issued, let the petitioner sit down and discuss the mode of distribution of the deceased`s estate.
(4) Once the mode of distribution is agreed, and the petitioner to move the court for confirmation of grant or those who do not agree will file affidavit of protest.
