The Interested Parties failed to establish a sufficient basis for setting aside the execution and sale of the house on Plot No. 49. The Objectors, from whom the Interested Parties purportedly purchased the house, had long been aware that the property was subject to attachment by court order. The sale agreement relied upon by the Interested Parties was questionable, both in terms of the authority of the vendors and the authenticity of signatures. The court found no irregularities in the auction process as conducted by the auctioneer.
