The Tribunal found that the Complainant was properly subjected to a disciplinary process in accordance with the Jubilee Party Constitution and the National Disciplinary Committee Regulations. The charges were sufficiently particularised and served, the Complainant was given an opportunity to be heard, represented by counsel, and allowed to present evidence and submissions. The Tribunal determined that the internal dispute resolution mechanisms had been exhausted, as the National Management Committee acted on behalf of the National Executive Committee, whose decision is final. There was no evidence of bias or discrimination, and the process followed the party's legal framework....
