The court noted that the appellant/respondent failed to comply with the directive to have her appeal ready for hearing within 90 days as ordered on 6/11/2012. Consequently, the stay orders granted on 31/7/2007 and confirmed on 4/6/2008 automatically lapsed on 5/1/2013 due to non-compliance.
