The Judgment had already declared that both parties had equal rights to the matrimonial home comprising four rooms at Makaburini Estate, Mariakani. The Petitioner (JK) had failed to comply with the Judgment by collecting all rent and denying the Respondent (BKM) access to the property and his belongings.
