The court held that it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the applicant's application for review of the order dated 1st October 2020, as the application sought to review an order made on a previous review application, which is expressly barred by Order 45 Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Rules. The court found that once the 2nd plaintiff's suit was withdrawn and the court declined to review that withdrawal, the 2nd plaintiff ceased to be a party to the proceedings, and no further application for review could be entertained.
