The overriding consideration is to preserve the property pending the hearing and determination of the main suit. The court found that the property was unoccupied and had previously been managed by Metrocosmo Ltd. To prevent prejudice to either party and maintain the status quo, the court appointed Metrocosmo Ltd as managing agents to let out the property, undertake necessary repairs, and deposit net rent in court.
