On 20th March 2017, the court did not dismiss the suit for want of prosecution but instead marked it as settled with costs to the 1st Defendant, upon being informed that the claim had been overtaken by events. The application by the 8th and 9th Plaintiffs to set aside the order and reinstate the suit was therefore without merit,...
