J U D G M E N T
1. Judgment is entered for the Advocate/Applicant against the Respondent /client in the sum of Kshs.46,080. 00 in terms of the certificate of costs dated 28/3/2018 together with interests at 14% p.a from the date of certificate.
2. The Advocate also gets the costs of these proceedings assessed at Kshs.7,500/= all inclusive.
