The Defendant, despite being served and entering appearance, failed to file a defence or contest the Plaintiffs' claim. The court found that the Plaintiffs' possession was adverse to the Defendant's title, and that the Defendant's title to the 20-acre portion was extinguished by operation of law under the Limitation of Actions Act.
