Under Section 51(2) of the Advocates Act, the certificate is final as to the amount due. The applicant was entitled to judgment for the certified sum. Regarding interest, Rule 7 of the Advocates (Remuneration) Order entitles the advocate to interest at 14% per annum from one month after delivery of the bill, but as there was no evidence of when the bill was served, interest would accrue from the date of the certificate of costs.
