The respondent's partial payment of the taxed costs indicated no opposition to the certificate. The applicant is entitled to judgment for the unpaid balance of Kshs. 82,950. Under Rule 7 of the Advocates (Remuneration) Order, the applicant is entitled to interest at 14% per annum on the unpaid amount, but since the date of partial payment was not indicated, interest will accrue from the date of filing the application.
