JUDGMENT
1. The certificate of costs dated 23. 4.2021 having not been upset has become final. On it judgment is entered for the advocate/applicant against the client/respondent in the sum of Kshs. 213,759 with interest thereon at court’s rates from the date of the certificate till payment in full.
2. I also assess costs and award to the advocate/applicant the sum of Kshs. 15,000 for such costs.
