A prior High Court decree ordered the Defendant to give five acres to the Plaintiffs' father, and there is no evidence that this decree was ever overturned. The Defendant, having failed to appear or contest the suit, left the Plaintiffs' evidence unchallenged. The court found that the Plaintiffs have been in possession of the land since 1964 and that the Defendant's recent acts of trespass were unlawful.
