The Plaintiff's acts—building a home, cultivating, fencing, and burying kin—were inconsistent with the 1st Defendant's ownership and were known to him. The limitation period under Section 7 of the Limitation of Actions Act began in 1987 and lapsed in 1999, extinguishing the 1st Defendant's title.
