The High Court has unlimited jurisdiction and is not restricted to hearing matters only where the subject property is situated. The inconvenience to the defendants in traveling to Nairobi was not sufficient grounds for transfer, especially as they are represented by advocates and their personal attendance is not mandatory in civil matters.
