The Caution and restrictions were entered due to the Appellant's claim and subsequent disputes, but these have been resolved with finality. There is no evidence of any pending appeal or legal challenge to the Respondent's title. Under the Land Registration Act, the Respondent is entitled to enjoy all rights of ownership, and the continued existence of the Caution and restrictions is unjustified and curtails his enjoyment of the property.
