The Law Society of Kenya confirmed that he last held a practicing certificate in 2011. It is settled law that pleadings filed by an unqualified advocate are incompetent, null and void. The court therefore struck out the Plaint and all subsequent pleadings drawn and filed by the firm of Alando & Company Advocates.
