RULING
Having considered the material canvassed before me with regard to the Notice of Motion filed on 20th June, 2013, I am not persuaded that the same ought to be allowed.
Accordingly, the notice of motion is hereby dismissed. Due to exigencies of duties related to election petitions, I reserve reasons for my decision to the 23rd August, 2013 at 2. 30pm.
