Its jurisdiction was strictly limited to boundary disputes, claims to occupy or work land, and trespass to land. The tribunal's decision to revoke the appellant's title was therefore ultra vires, illegal, null and void. The Appeals Committee erred in upholding a decision made without jurisdiction.
