Furthermore, Mukasa Mwambu Muliro, having been appointed as administrator of Mercia Muliro's estate, did not automatically acquire authority to represent the estate of Masinde Muliro (deceased), as Mercia Muliro's appointment as personal representative was a fiduciary duty specific to her and became inoperative upon her death.
