Consequently, the court exercised its discretion to grant a stay of execution of the ruling and all consequential orders in Narok CMCC Succession Cause No 25 of 2016, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the applicant deposits KES 15,000 in court as security within 45 days.
